Email address, when you subscribe to our updates or enter your email to read a full report or essay.
Name, email address, institution, and message, when you send an enquiry through the contact page.
Aggregate usage information about pages viewed, where you have accepted analytics cookies.
How we use it
To send research notes and market commentary you have asked to receive, to give you access to gated reports, and to respond to enquiries.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
Legal basis and retention
We process subscription data on the basis of your consent, and enquiry data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you.
We keep subscriber records until you unsubscribe, and enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last correspondence.
Storage and security
Records are held in a managed, access-controlled database. Only people who need it for the purposes above can see your information.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you email. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
To exercise any of these rights, email research@faydcapital.com. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your data protection authority.
